The Zilla Parishad primary school at Shenwadi, under the Warkute-Malwadi centre in Mhaswad beat of Man taluka in Satara district, is now teaching children with digital tools. The change was made possible by the current sarpanch Jayashri Mohan Kadam and former sarpanch Mohan Vithoba Kadam. The couple gave the school an interactive intelligent panel board worth Rs 1,16,000 to bring modern technology into the children's education.

The Kadam couple also distributed study material worth Rs 50,000 to all the children, including notebooks, compasses, pens, slates and writing material. The couple is being widely praised in the area for this generosity. Jayashri Kadam and Mohan Kadam are both known in the area as generous personalities and have made a big contribution to the development of the school. The digital panel board was purchased from Navneet company, and Global teacher Balaji Jadhav also gave important help in this work.

Last year, seeing the children's good participation in the Yashwantrao Chavan sports competition, Samadhan Pandurang Khilari, the current chairman of the school management committee, gave all the children sports kits worth Rs 30,000. Children of this Zilla Parishad school have continued to take part in sports competitions and show their skill, and villagers gave this help to encourage that.

Last year, four children from Shenwadi school passed the Maharashtra State Examination Council scholarship exam. Villagers also praised Bansode sir and Hazare sir for their good work at the school, saying the school's quality is continuously improving. The school is progressing through yoga, chess, workshops on good and neat handwriting, regular extra classes for scholarship exams, use of technology in studies, and giving children knowledge of computers.

For providing the interactive intelligent panel and sports kits, taluka group education officer Lakshman Pise and centre head Vinayak Katkar praised the villagers. Both officers also appreciated the work of Bansode sir and Hazare sir.

Present on the occasion were former Satara Zilla Parishad agriculture sabhapati Shivajirao Shinde, former sarpanch Sanjay Khilari, Suresh Kadam sir, Suraj Kadam, gram panchayat members Nanda Khilari, Harish Khilari, Dhanaji Kadam, Leenatai Kadam, Manisha Khilari, deputy sarpanch Yashwant Parashi, Prakash Khilari, Namdeo Shirtode sir and gramsevaks Vijay Atpadkar and Vikas Khilari.
