MHADA Nashik opens 324 flats for sale without lottery, first come first served

There is good news for those looking to buy a home in Nashik. A MHADA flat can now be bought without a lottery draw. MHADA's Nashik board has put up for sale flats built under the 20 percent inclusive housing scheme that had remained unsold in the previous lottery. A total of 324 such homes will now be sold on a first come first served basis.
Online registration and form filling for these flats began on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Since the first come first served rule applies here, whoever submits their form first will get the first chance to buy a flat.
These flats are located in several different areas of Nashik, including Avadh Utopia Radha Nagar, Bajrang Nagar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Shri Vitthal Towers Breeze Nagar, Pathardi Gaon, Global Ville Mhasrul Gaon, Anandsagar Annex Phase 1, Shivsrushti Nagar, Bhavik Mithila Takli Road, Shilp Madhuvan Sambhaji Nagar, Radha Nagari, Sai Srushti Kharjul Circle, The Northland Morde Nagar, Pranav Garden Mahalaxmi Nagar and Shyam Avenue Agartakli Shivar.
Online form filling began on September 8, 2026 and closes at 11.59 pm on September 12, 2026. Acceptance of the online deposit amount and finalisation of the scheme will run from 11 am on September 9, 2026 to 11.59 pm on September 12, 2026. Applicants must deposit the first installment of the administrative amount within 48 hours of selecting a flat.
Interested applicants must first register their name on MHADA's lottery website, bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in, and then carefully fill in the complete details. A deposit amount must be submitted with every form. For the very low income group, the deposit is Rs 5,000 plus a form fee of Rs 600 plus 18 percent GST of Rs 108, adding up to a total of Rs 5,708. For the low income group, the total amount is set at Rs 10,708.
