During the festive season, guests keep visiting homes. Breakfast on such occasions usually means poha, upma, sheera or similar dishes. But if you want to serve guests something new that comes together quickly, rava appe are the best option. They are ready in just 10 to 15 minutes, and adding different vegetables makes them taste even better. Here is an easy recipe for masala appe.

For this, you need rava (semolina), poha (flattened rice), rice flour, curd, sour curd, baking soda, onion, tomato, green chilli and salt.

To prepare it, first grind the poha finely in a mixer jar. Then add rice flour and rava to it and grind again in the mixer.

Once the finely ground mixture is ready, transfer it to a bowl, add curd and mix well. If the batter seems too thick, a little water can be added.

Next, add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and mix well. Other vegetables can also be added according to taste, which makes the appe taste even better.

Finally, add baking soda and mix the batter well, then cover and set it aside for a while.

Now heat the appe pan on the stove. Add oil or butter, pour in the prepared batter, and cook the appe on both sides until crisp.
