Jio's Rs 399 and Rs 349 plans now offer free Canva Pro subscription

Reliance Jio has launched a new offer for its users. The telecom company has struck a deal with the popular design platform Canva. Under this partnership, some eligible Jio users will get a 12-month subscription of Canva Pro or Canva Pro Lite completely free. The market price of this one-year subscription is around Rs 4,000. The offer has been available to users since September 16, 2026.

Which plan gets the free benefit depends entirely on the user's recharge. Users who recharge with the Rs 399 prepaid plan are being given Canva Pro free for the full 12 months. Users on the Rs 349 plan or higher will get free access to Canva Pro Lite.

The biggest draw of this Jio-Canva partnership is the Rs 399 recharge plan. Eligible users who recharge with this plan will get Canva Pro free for 12 months with no extra charge, meaning there is no need to buy a separate Canva Pro subscription. Canva's website currently lists the Pro plan at Rs 4,000 per year, so this offer could be quite beneficial for those already using Canva. The offer has to be claimed through the MyJio app.

Users on the Rs 349 Jio plan instead of the Rs 399 plan will also get a benefit. The Rs 349 plan comes with a 12-month Canva Pro Lite subscription. In addition, some eligible plans above Rs 349 with 2GB per day data will also get the Pro Lite offer. Jio has not limited this offer to a single recharge plan, so users can choose the right plan based on their usage and budget.

Another benefit of this offer is 100GB of cloud storage. With Canva Pro, users can save their designs and other work online, making it easier to work across different devices. Canva Pro Lite gives users 50GB of cloud storage.

What is the difference between Canva Pro and Canva Pro Lite? Both plans offer premium design content, templates and several essential editing tools. Features like background remover, magic resize and magic eraser are available in both plans, the only difference is the storage limit.

To avail this offer, eligible Jio users will need to use the MyJio app. It can be activated by tapping on the relevant offer shown in the app. This offer will be available to eligible recharging users through various channels from September 16, 2026. Users are advised to check the Canva offer in the MyJio app after recharging.
