Pre-order booking for Apple's iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max opens in India today, September 12, at 5.30 pm. Sales of both models will begin on September 18. Customers who want a specific colour, storage option or the Pro Max model would do well to pre-order, since stock of popular variants tends to run low at launch.
Bookings can be made through Apple's online store and the Apple Store app, as well as through major e-commerce platforms and authorised retail partners. Customers must first choose their model, storage and colour, then complete the booking at checkout after selecting from cashback, EMI, exchange and payment options.
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at Rs 1,64,900 in India, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,79,900. Both phones will be available from 256GB up to 2TB storage. The 256GB variants are priced at Rs 1,64,900 and Rs 1,79,900 respectively, the 512GB variants at Rs 1,89,900 and Rs 2,04,900, the 1TB variants at Rs 2,39,900 and Rs 2,54,900, while the 2TB models will be priced at Rs 3,14,900 and Rs 3,29,900.
The iPhone 18 Pro series comes in Black, Silver, Glacier and a new Burgundy colour option this time. Customers wanting a particular colour and storage combination would be better off ordering as soon as bookings open.
Instant cashback will be available on select American Express, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cards. No-cost EMI for up to six months will also be offered. EMI for the iPhone 18 Pro starts at around Rs 26,316 per month, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at around Rs 28,817 per month.
Customers trading in an old iPhone will also get a benefit. Trade-in of an iPhone 13 or later eligible model can fetch credit ranging from Rs 21,000 to Rs 81,500 depending on the device's condition and model.
Customers will have to wait a little longer for the foldable iPhone Duo. Pre-booking for it in India will begin on October 16 at 5.30 pm, with sales starting October 23. Its starting price has been put at Rs 2,99,900.
