Ganesh idol installed at MP Pratibha Dhanorkar's office in Warora
Manas and Parth Dhanorkar performed the rituals as Ganeshotsav celebrations began at the Chandrapur MP's Warora office
Ganeshotsav festivities got under way in Warora as an idol of Lord Ganesh was formally consecrated at the main public relations office of Chandrapur Lok Sabha MP Pratibhatai Dhanorkar. Manas Dhanorkar and Parth Dhanorkar were present for the ceremony and performed the puja. A Mahaaarti with Vedic chants was conducted by the two, and several local residents and party workers arrived to have a look at the idol.
The area around the MP's office was decorated with flowers and elaborate lighting for the occasion. In the morning, the idol was brought into the office to the sound of traditional instruments and chants of "Ganpati Bappa Morya, Mangalmurti Morya." The idol was then installed, followed by formal worship and the Mangal Aarti performed by Manas Dhanorkar and Parth Dhanorkar.
The arrival of the idol filled the office with a devotional and festive atmosphere. Manas and Parth Dhanorkar spoke with the residents present and wished everyone a happy Ganeshotsav. MP Pratibha Dhanorkar, praying to the deity, said, "By the blessings of Vighnaharta Bappa, may the difficulties in the lives of all the people of Chandrapur Lok Sabha constituency be removed, and may happiness, prosperity and good health remain in the lives of farmers, workers, youth and women."
This public relations office in Warora has long been a trusted centre for the public in the social and political journey of the late MP Balu Dhanorkar and MP Pratibhatai Dhanorkar, which is why Ganeshotsav is given special importance here every year. From the very first day, workers and residents from different parts of the taluka began arriving in large numbers to see the idol.
The installation ceremony was attended by local Congress party office bearers, heads of several morchas, women representatives and young party workers, along with people close to the Dhanorkar family and residents of Warora city, in large numbers.
