Raptee.HV starts T30 electric bike deliveries in Bengaluru, priced at Rs 2.39 lakh
Raptee.HV has begun delivering its T30 electric motorcycle in Bengaluru, promising 200 km IDC range and CCS2 fast-charging support.
Raptee.HV, which built India's first electric motorcycle using technology drawn from electric cars along with its own HV-Tec technology, has begun deliveries of its long-awaited T30 electric motorcycle in Bengaluru.
Bengaluru is considered a major market for premium and electric two-wheelers in the country. Citing the strong response from customers there, the company has stepped up deliveries alongside its retail presence. Raptee.HV co-founder and CEO Dinesh Arjun said starting deliveries from Bengaluru was a historic moment for the company.
The company aims to complete deliveries of more than 100 electric motorcycles across Bengaluru and Chennai by November. It has also set up a dedicated service centre in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, which operates Monday to Saturday, to ensure good after-sales service.
The motorcycle has a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 2.39 lakh. The company says it is the first e-bike in India to support a CCS2 connector, allowing it to be charged at any public car fast-charging station in the country.
Raptee.HV claims the bike offers 200 km of IDC range and around 150 km of real-world range on a full charge. It is powered by a 22 kW electric motor that produces 70 Nm of peak torque. Safety features include dual-channel ABS, a 7-inch TFT display and built-in navigation. The company offers an 8-year or 80,000 km warranty on the battery and a 3-year warranty on the rest of the motorcycle.
