Jai Jai Swami Samarth: Bappa's arrival at Savlya's home sets up a new twist

In the Colors Marathi serial Jai Jai Swami Samarth, the story set against the Ganeshotsav atmosphere in Akkalkot is set to take a new and heartwarming turn. The show airs every day at 8.10 pm on Colors Marathi.

The story features a young dacoit named Savlya, who keeps carrying out robberies in the Akkalkot area. To free his father, he kidnaps Ira, the daughter of moneylender Govardhan. But by coincidence, Swami Samarth also ends up in his captivity along with Ira. In fact, this abduction happens by Swami's own will. While held captive by Savlya, Swami begins working on his anger, hatred, desire for revenge and violent nature. Meanwhile, Ira starts missing the Ganpati idol at her own home.

Even though she is away from her parents, Swami recognises Ira's wish to celebrate Ganeshotsav. To fulfil her wish, Swami decides to install Ganpati at Savlya's own home. But this raises a big question: how will Savlya, who has never folded his hands before God in his life, install Ganpati in his home.

Swami still insists on his decision. When Swami tells Savlya that Ganpati will come to his home this time and that he himself will bring the idol, Savlya flatly refuses. He says, "I am a dacoit. My hands will not be used to worship God. I will not install Ganpati." Swami, however, challenges him in a joking manner and says that never having folded his hands before God his whole life is nothing to be proud of.

Swami gives him a deeper hint, saying, "Only when the remover of obstacles comes home will the obstacle in your life be removed." Savlya, insistent on removing his own obstacle, refuses to accept Swami's challenge. But Swami too makes it clear, "Our stubbornness is greater than yours... Ganpati will be installed in this house, and you yourself will install him."

This is where the unique journey of Swami's leela begins. Through this leela, Savlya keeps receiving hint after hint. Will Savlya agree to bring Ganpati home? This raises several questions, why does Swami want the installation of Ganpati done by the hands of a dacoit, and what change will Ganpati's arrival bring to Savlya's life.

Is this only a battle of stubbornness between Swami and Savlya, or is it the beginning of a dacoit's transformation? It will be interesting to see which obstacle in Savlya's life is removed by Bappa's arrival. According to the serial, every event in Swami's leela hides a purpose and a truth behind it, which comes to light at the right time.

On the occasion of Ganeshotsav, Bappa is set to arrive at Savlya's home, but along with him will come the first ray of faith, the stirrings of good thoughts, and the beginning of a hardened heart's transformation. "The festival is Bappa's... the leela is Swami's... and the change is of a life," is how this new track is being described.
