The tournament is being held on the badminton courts of PYC Hindu Gymkhana Club and features senior category teams, with matches in Groups A and B deciding places in the next round.
In Group B, Jog Comets beat Hawks 4-3 for their second win, with Parag Chopra, Kapil Bafna, Nitin Konkar, Anil Agashe, Vivek Limaye, Sandeep Sathe, Pratham Parekh and Ronit Joshi turning in good performances.
In Group A, Nadgonde Ravens beat Seinumero Rockets 4-3 to celebrate their second straight win, with Prateek Dharmadhikari, Kedar Nadgonde, Avinash Doshi, Chandrashekhar Apte, Chinmay Chirputkar, Prithvi Shah, Rian Karandikar and Sara Navare playing a major role.
In another Group A match, Ariel Swifts beat Imperial Swans 4-3, with Soham Kango, Amit Deodhar, Siddharth Sathye, Hemant Karmarkar, Tushar Nagarkar, Rohan Joshi, Soham Gadgil and Rohin Lagu securing the win.
In another Group B match, Falcon Optima won a close 4-3 contest against Kara Intellect Kias for their first win of the tournament, with Neeraj Dandekar, Preeti Phadke, Sachin Joshi, Sumit Nerkar, Varun Nivargi, Sarang Athawale, Anirudh Apte and Anvit Rajwade contributing to the victory.
