AI-VFX elephant face for Ganpati's entry wows viewers of Marathi serial

The Ganesh-arrival promo of Colors Marathi's popular serial 'Aai Tulja Bhavani' is drawing a lot of attention these days. The elephant face created for the promo has particularly caught viewers' eyes. The scene showing Ganpati's moving trunk and the trunk picking up a modak has been shown very effectively, and the AI and VFX technology used behind the scene is being praised.

In the serial's upcoming story, Baby Ganesh is set to make a mischievous and endearing entry in Tuljapur. Viewers are curious about what interesting turns the story will take after that.

'Aai Tulja Bhavani' has been known from the start for various experiments with VFX and AI technology, from creating characters using AI to showing conversations between real actors and AI characters. AI has also been used in the serial to make mythological and divine scenes more effective. The elephant face created for the Ganesh-arrival occasion has now added a new chapter to this technical experimentation.

Extensive work went into making the elephant face's structure, its facial expressions and especially the movements of the trunk look natural. Different forms were created using AI and the right one was chosen, after which it was brought to life using VFX. Special effort was made to make the scene of Ganpati taking the modak with its trunk look natural and believable, and this scene has become the promo's biggest draw.

The serial's VFX director, Pradeep Bhagat, said that since 'Aai Tulja Bhavani' is based on his family deity, the project is not just professional work but a matter of faith and devotion for him. He said that through VFX and AI technology, an attempt is being made to bring the goddess's radiance, divine form and stories to viewers in an effective way. He also said that the Ganesh-arrival scene is special, and that every detail, from the elephant face's structure to the movements of its trunk, was worked on to make sure it looked lively, endearing and natural.

The serial's VFX work is being handled by a production company called Flamingoes VFX. The company has previously done VFX work for films such as 'Vikram Vedha' and 'Radhe Radha', as well as web series such as 'Asur', 'Farzi', 'Taj', 'Citadel' and 'Guns and Gulaabs'. The company has also worked on Hindi serials such as 'Swaraj', 'Imlie', 'Nazar', 'Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka' and 'Vidrohi'. 'Aai Tulja Bhavani' is its first Marathi serial.

From its first episode to now, 'Aai Tulja Bhavani' has crossed more than 680 episodes, and VFX and AI technology have been used continuously through this entire journey. With Baby Ganesh's entry, the serial's upcoming episodes are expected to be even more interesting.
