Royal Enfield's Classic 350 is among India's most popular retro roadster bikes. Its Dark variant keeps the classic old-school look while adding some modern features. As of September 2026, the bike's ex-showroom price is Rs 2,19,423. However, the final on-road price, which includes RTO, insurance and other charges, varies from city to city.

In Delhi, the Classic 350 Dark costs around Rs 2,49,356 on-road. This includes an ex-showroom price of Rs 2,19,423, RTO charges of Rs 17,553 and insurance of Rs 12,380. Buyers in Delhi will need a budget of around Rs 2.50 lakh.

In Mumbai, higher RTO charges push the on-road price to around Rs 2,58,133. In Kolkata, the price works out to Rs 2,53,745. The ex-showroom price and insurance amount are the same in both cities, but the difference in RTO charges leads to different final prices for customers.

The highest costs are in Chennai and Bengaluru. In Chennai, the Classic 350 Dark costs around Rs 2,59,058 on-road, which includes Rs 150 in handling and other minor charges. In Bengaluru, due to significantly higher RTO charges, the on-road price goes up to Rs 2,75,643, making it the most expensive among these cities.

The Dark variant comes with alloy wheels, tubeless tyres and turn-by-turn navigation. It is available in two colour options, Stealth Black and Gun Grey, both featuring matte black powertrain, wheels and underpinnings. The mechanical setup is the same as the other dual-channel variants, so there is no major difference in the riding experience.

For buyers taking a loan, assuming a 3-year loan tenure at 9.7 percent interest and a down payment of around Rs 25,000 to 28,000, the EMI could be around Rs 6,825 in Delhi and around Rs 7,534 in Bengaluru. The final on-road price also depends on the dealer, insurance and accessories, so it may vary slightly.
