If you are planning a weekend of entertainment at home, OTT platforms have plenty on offer this week, ranging from comedy specials to crime thrillers, romantic dramas, action films and reality shows.

Comedian Zakir Khan's special show will stream from September 18 on Netflix. In his trademark humorous style, Khan is seen recounting memories and stories from his childhood in the show.

The third season of the popular franchise Lust Stories is also releasing this week. Based on modern relationships, desires and emotions, the season features Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Vijay Varma, Radhika Madan, Ali Fazal and Siddhanth. It has been directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj. The series will be available on Netflix from September 18.

Malayalam action thriller Thudakkam is also coming to OTT. Directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, the film released in theatres on August 7, 2026. It stars Ashish Vidyarthi in the lead alongside Mohanlal, with Ashish playing the villain. The film will stream on JioHotstar from September 18.

South Korean period romance series The Scandal is also arriving this weekend. Set during the Joseon dynasty, it follows characters caught in a dangerous game of love and attraction while defying the strict rules laid down by society. Led by Son Ye-jin and Ji Chang-wook, the series will be available on Netflix from September 18.

Actor Ravi Teja's action drama film Irumudi is also set for a digital release this week. After releasing in theatres on August 21, the film will stream on Netflix from September 18.

Malayalam action thriller Kattalan is also making its OTT debut. The film, which released in theatres in May this year, will now be available in Hindi on Sony LIV from September 18. It stars Antony Varghese, Suniel and Kabir Duhan Singh in lead roles.

The second season of British crime drama series MobLand will also release this week. Comprising 10 episodes, the series revolves around a large mafia family and its power struggle. MobLand Season 2 will stream on JioHotstar from September 18.

For fans of crime drama and thrillers, Mango Pacha is an option. The Kannada-language crime thriller released in theatres in June and has been available on JioHotstar since September 14, 2026. The film marks the acting debut of Sanchith Sanjeev, who is actor Kichcha Sudeep's nephew.

For those looking for comedy, American comedy film Best of the Best is also an option. Its story revolves around two childhood best friends. This film will also stream on Netflix from September 18.

In short, OTT audiences have a generous mix of comedy, action, crime, thriller and romance content to look forward to this weekend.
