Manipal Health Enterprises has signed an agreement with Kindorama Healthcare to acquire Kinder Women’s Hospital in Bengaluru’s Whitefield for Rs 130 crore in an all-cash deal.
The transaction involves the acquisition of the hospital’s operations and assets, and does not include the purchase of shares in Kindorama Healthcare.
Commissioned in 2022, Kinder Women’s Hospital has 100 beds and specialises in women’s and maternity healthcare.

The deal is expected to close within 90 days, subject to statutory and customary approvals.
Manipal Hospitals serves about 8 million patients annually through a network of 51 hospitals with more than 13,500 licensed beds across 14 states and Union Territories. The group has over 11,000 doctors and more than 25,000 employees.
