Nagpur: Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways and Nagpur MP Nitin Gadkari will hold a public grievance redressal programme at Gadkari Wada in Mahal on Sunday, August 23, giving citizens an opportunity to personally meet him and submit their grievances and demands.
The Jan Sampark programme will be held from 11 am to 1 pm at Gadkari’s public relations office at Gadkari Wada. During the two-hour session, Gadkari will meet citizens, listen to their problems and receive written representations.
Citizens attending the programme have been asked to bring their grievances and demands in writing, along with relevant supporting documents, and submit the representations directly to the Union Minister.
The programme is aimed at providing citizens with a direct platform to raise issues requiring the minister’s intervention. Gadkari has previously held similar public grievance meetings at Gadkari Wada, which have drawn citizens seeking assistance on a range of civic, administrative and personal issues.
Following the public interaction, Gadkari will meet BJP office-bearers and party workers from 1 pm to 2 pm at his public relations office.
The two sessions have been scheduled separately, with the morning programme reserved for citizens and the afternoon interaction for BJP functionaries and workers.
